He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Bowman and Uleen Bowman; and his sister Patsy Brewer. He is survived by: his wife Anna Bowman; his children, Tammy West, Teresa Ford (Mastin), Terri Wells (Bobby) and Jim Bowman (Melissa); his stepsons, James Phaup and Raymond Phaup; his sisters, Evagean Rainey, Evelyn Bowden (James) and Rhonda Gilkey; and his grandchildren, Whitney Minnie (Shane), Natasha Minnie, Stevi West (Brandon), Amanda Eakin (Justin), Tyler West (Megan), Hannah Bowman (Elija), Abbee Diehl, Jackson Smith, Briar Bowman, Blaine Bowman, Waylon Phaup and Jessie Phaup Jayden Phaup. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
