He is survived by : his friend Charles Sandage; his sons, Charles Lee Sandage (Vicki Powers Sandage) and David Barry Sandage (Denise Todd Sandage); his grandchildren, Laura Sandage Harden, Joshua Sandage, Dustin Sandage, Kayla Sandage Orr, David Walker, Wesley Walker, Adrian Whitaker and Todd Whitaker; and his niece Judy Bonds.
