He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom B. Rodgers and Deulah Ann Carter Rodgers; his wife Patricia; and his brothers, Tom B Rodgers Jr. and Duffy Rodgers.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Joe Rodgers (Terre) of Earle, Arkansas, Peggy Miller (Hank) of Earle, Martha Faye Smith (Billy Wayne) of Earle, Arkansas, Ricky and Debbie Franks.
