It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josie Michelle Payne Freeman of El Dorado, Arkansas, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Payne and Teresa Owens; her children, Austin Lowery Owens and Cheris Samules; her aunts, Debra Owens Reddin and Connie Owens Myers; and her uncle Jimmy Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Alexa Samules of El Dorado, Domanick Evans of El Dorado and Donovan Evans of El Dorado; her siblings, Nicole Cameron of El Dorado, Brandi Tubbs of Oklahoma and Kemper Payne of El Dorado; and her aunt Janie Owens of El Dorado. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
