She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Green Owens and Clyde Graves Owens; her siblings, Oral J. Owens (Era Joyce), Lucille Helm (Jim) and Obie Martin Barnett; her sister-in-law Helen Owens; and her nephews, Myron Helm, Andrew "Andy" Owens and Todd Willcox.
She is survived by : her siblings, Virgil Owens of Jackson, TN, Claude Owens (Connie) of Waldo, AR, Velton Rodriguez (Ricardo) of Trujillo, Peru, Thelda Owens of Hopewell Community and Jo Ann Willcox (Roy) of Pensacola, FL. She is also survived by ten nieces; two nephews; twelve great nieces; seven great nephews; four great -great nieces; and six great-great nephews.
