It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Brasel (Elm Springs, Arkansas), who passed away on May 4, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilburn Libby and Grace Carlton Libby; her husband Glen Brasel; her daughter Betty Jo; her son-in-law Johnny Slaughter; and her children, Charles Brasel (Twyla) of Altus, Arkansas, Shirley Patton (Coy) of Elm Springs, Gail Simpson (Mark) of Murrayville and Marsha Simpson (Terry) of Gainesville, Georgia. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
