He is survived by : his parents, Oliver Addie and Carol Addie (Coffman) of Scott; his wife Cindy Addie; his daughter Chasity Williams (Justin) of Scott; his granddaughter Addison Williams; and his siblings, Donald Addie of Pennsylvania, Charles Addie of Scott, Glen Addie (Laura) of Scott, Rick Addie (Heather) of Sherwood and Scott Addie of Scott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and beloved friends.
