She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Enus and Vivian Marie Stephen Lydick; her husbands, Eulus Forrest Jr. and George Casey; and her son Danny Paul Forrest.
She is survived by: her children, Fredrick E. Forrest of Eagle Rock, Marvin Lloyd Forrest of Shell Knob, Missouri, Chrystal Marie Forrest of Golden and LeAnn Forrest of West Plains, Missouri. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
