She is survived by : her husband Kevin Kelley; her children, Lilah and Michael Kelley; her parents, Robert Carroll and Cynthia Ann Moore Brown; her brother James Carroll; and her in-laws, Peggy and Leslie Echols. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Fellowship Bible Church (3447 AR-112, Fayetteville, AR 72704). A burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (1000 S Lt Col Leroy Pond Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
