He was predeceased by : his parents, John Henry Warren, Sr. and Mittie King Warren; his wife Carolyn Ann Warren; and his brothers, Al Morris, Cliff Morris and Clarence Warren.

He is survived by : his sons, Michael Davis of Denver, CO, Terry Davis of Fayetteville and John H. Warren III (Sharline) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Austin Davis, Ben Davis, Krista Musgrave, Terra Davis and Isabella Warren; and his great grandchildren, Jerimah Musgrave, Olivia Musgrave, Adyson Musgrave and Cade Davis.

Flowers are welcome and any memorials may be made to St. Gabriel's Anglican Church, 1803 W. Emma Avenue, Springdale, AR 72762.
