She was predeceased by : her parents, Lonnie Preston and Mary Letchworth (Hawkins); her husband Samuel Paul Cornett; her brothers, Preston and Wiley Letchworth; her grandchildren, Michael Wallen and Bobbi Lynn Gaches; and her great grandchild Brittney Allen.

She is survived by : her son Samuel Lee Cornett (Becky) of Prairie Grove; her grandchildren, Rick Cornett (Tiffany), Amanda Myers (Jason), Dennis Gaches, Danny Johnson, Donnita Acuff and Chris Wallen; her great grandchildren, Kassi Noisewater, Shenia Tillery, Kameron Noisewater, Karson Myers, Taylor Myers, Skyler Wallen, Hunter Cornett, Julia Cornett and Dallas Gilley; her great great grandchildren, Cali, Koltyn, William, Kaspyn, Rain and Ben; her close friends, Joel Siefers, Diana Parker and LaDeana Mullinix; and her pet Foxy.
