He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Horne and Blanche Lenora (Martin); his wife Donna; and his siblings, Jim and Jeanetta Ashcraft.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Charles IV (Jenn) of Alexandria, VA, Claire Marie of Annandale, VA, Christopher of Little Rock, AR and Conner of Little Rock, AR; his great grandchild Charles L Horne V; Charles III, Tracy (Allison) of Little Rock, AR and John (Candace) of Fayetteville, AR.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the Et Butterfield Trail Village Lodge Building (1923 E Joyce Blvd, Fayetteville, AR 72703). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (1000 S Lt Col Leroy Pond Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Butterfly Garden Designated Fund, Butterfield Trail Village, 1923 E Joyce Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72703.
