It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy M. Harter of Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Petaluma, California, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John R. Stone and Leona G. Stone (Paulson); her husband George Harter; and her son Gary Neil Harter. She is survived by : her brother Jim Stone of Petaluma, CA; her sons, Lance Harter (Kim) of Fayetteville, AR, Larry Harter (June) of Las Vegas, NV and Glenn Harter (Sue) of Sacramento, CA; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Harter of Lubbock, TX. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
