He is survived by : his children, Brooke Henry of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Derek Curtis of Flippin, Arkansas; his brother Jack Curtis (Michelle) of Flippin, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Tayshaun Henry of Mountain Home and Ayleigh Henry of Mountain Home; and his nephews, Shawn Curtis of Flippin, Dale Curtis of Flippin and McKane Curtis of Flippin.
