It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Venita Johnette Kennedy of Fordyce, Arkansas, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Pennington and Freida Herring Pennington; and her son DJ Kennedy. She is survived by : her son Joey Clayton (Louann) of Fordyce; her siblings, Joe Allen Pennington of Fordyce and Pam Castleberry (Tony) of Fordyce; her grandchildren, Caden Clayton, Ensley Crain and Aubrey Joe Clayton; and her nephews, Brady Brandon (Kristen) and Brent Brandon (Nikki).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Prosperity Baptist Church.
