We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2020, at the age of 59, Pamela Webb (Foreman, Arkansas), born in Texarkana, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Duncan and Dorothy Duncan (Thompson). She is survived by : her husband Walter Webb of Foreman; her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Janel Webb of Texarkana, TX; her daughter Brittany; her son-in-law William Cooksey of Texarkana, AR; and her siblings, Todd Duncan of Atlanta, TX, Anna Cordray of Miami and Betty Jo Poole of Foreman, AR. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
