It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Cox Hawkins of Foreman, Arkansas, born in Idabel, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Webber Cox and Ruth Cox (Presley); her husband John Henry Hawkins, Jr.; and her sons, Danny Hawkins and Ricky Hawkins.

She is survived by : her children, John Henry Hawkins, III of Foreman, AR and Virginia Rausch of Grapevine, TX; and her brothers, Donnie Cox of Haworth, OK and Dwight Cox of Haworth, OK. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
