It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice Marie Adams of Forrest City, Arkansas, born in Palestine, Arkansas, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Jayroe and Winnie Swinney Jayroe; her husband Max Henry Adams; and her siblings, James R. 'Gug Jayroe, Cecil Jayroe, Buddy Jayroe, Billy Jayroe, Margaret Singer and Betty Jo Dover.
She is survived by: her sons, Frank Adams (Ginadell) of Forrest City and Keith Adams (Joan) of Cordova; her siblings, Johnny Jayroe of Palestine, Louise Tracy of Charleston and Dorothy Jean Billingsley of Carthage; her grandchildren, Morgan Haltom (Taylor), Kaylee Barrett (Powell), Ethan Adams and Eli Adams; and her great grandchildren, Hank and Mae.
The family request that all past covid protocol be followed.
In lieu of flowers memorials are to be made to the First Baptist Church, 507 North Rosser, Forrest City, Arkansas, 72335.
