He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Charles Quinn Jr. and Oneta Queen Quinn; his sister Cheryl Izatt; his son-in-law Jared Peeler; and his nieces, Jennifer and Ashley Hammer.
He is survived by: his wife Ginger Garey Clay; his daughters, Carey McDaniel (Brian) of Forrest City, Cathryn Peeler of Jonesboro and Claudia McCutchen (Thomas) of Wynne; his sisters, Cindy Mulick of Branson, Connie Bitney of Conrad, Carolyn Hammer of Forrest City and Celia Montgomery of Hope; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Adalee, Tacker, Ella Cate, Ashlyn, Clayton and Emerson.
