She is survived by: her father Orville Simpson of Hot Springs; her husband Larry Derrick of Forrest City; her children, Nathan Derrick (Sawyer) of Colt, Kristin Drake of Forrest City, Tiffany Derrick of Forrest City and Nikki Derrick of Forrest City; her brother Mike Simpson (JoAnn) of Rose Bud; her grandchildren, Hannah Derrick, Trey Derrick, William Drake, Derrick Drake, Bentley Pipkin and Paisley Pipkin; and her pet Dozer Derrick.
