Beazley (Forrest City, Arkansas), born in Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on July 30, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Albertus D.. She is survived by: her spouse Jim Beazley of Forrest City; her parent Lennie Mae Tucker Allen; her children, Chris Thetford Cothern (Andy) of Batesville, Joey Thetford of Wynne and Tonya Lancaster Foreman (Shon) of Texarkana; her grandchildren, Katie Cothern Richardson, Kelsey Cothern, Jaxston Thetford, Sidney Claire Foreman and Tyler Foreman; and her great grandchildren, Lainey, Ryker, Oakley and Cersei.
