He is survived by: his children, Marvin Cottrell of Bellwood, Harold Cottrell, Jr. of Forrest City, Kenneth Cottrell of Maywood, IL, David Cottrell of Bellwood, IL, Brian Cottrell of Bellwood, IL, Joyce Jones of Broadview, IL, Jeannine Cottrell of Ottumwa, IA and Lisa of Maywood, IL; his sisters, Earnestine Cottrell of Chicago, IL, Christine Wilson of El Paso, TX and Barbara Cottrell of Chicago, IL; and his close friend Diane Conley. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren.
