She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalton Boyd Mobley and Eidress Morgan Mobley; her husband Darrel Neeley; her grandchildren, Lauren Neeley, Hope Neeley and Trace Neeley; and her brother Jim Mobley.
She is survived by: her sons, Terral Neeley (Tina) of Stuttgart, Jeff Neeley (Tommie Carol) of Cave City and Kurt Neeley (Laura) of Somerset; her grandchildren, Taylor Neeley (Emily), Trenton Neeley, Dillon Neeley, Sarah Neeley, Natalie Neeley, Dalton Neeley and Liam Everett Neeley; and her siblings, Betty Haley, Larry Mobley and Weldon Mobley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
