She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, William "Bill" Hughes and Euna Culpepper Hughes; her husband Bob Lemke; her sister Donna Hodges of Forrest City; her sons, Rob Lemke (Victoria) of Forrest City, Gabe Lemke of Forrest City and Jason Johnson (Mickey) of Frisco, TX.; and her grandchildren, Josh Johnson, Jody Johnson, Caylea Johnson, Ty Lemke, Isabella Lemke, Della Lemke and Vera Lemke.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Hospital.
