He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William Browne and Mary Jane Fogg Browne. He is survived by: his sisters, Rose Parker and Cheryl Williams; and his nieces and nephews, Robert Parker, Jennifer Peoples, Buddy Peoples, Jarrod Peoples, Tera E. Peoples and Stephen Peoples.
