He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Baldwin and Jeanette Vick Baldwin; his wife Tobby Baldwin; his daughters, Rebecca (Jonathan) and Tabitha Shaw (Jerry) of Florida; and his siblings, Randy Baldwin (Becky) of Forrest City, Michael Baldwin of Forrest City, Kelly Lemmons of Forrest City and Kathy Santos (Kirt) of Arizona. He was also cherished by four grandchildren.
