He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mardis; his sons, Gregory Mardis (Nicole) of Mountain Home, AR, John Mardis (Pamela) of Lowell, AR and Kevin Mardis (Ashley) of Hot Springs, AR; his sister Johnita Page (R. A.) of Harrisburg; and his grandchildren, Asher Mardis and Mayah Mardis. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
