He was predeceased by: his father Wayne; and his sister Deborah. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kae Thomas; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Jaden, Presley, Jaela, Jake and Cadence; his mother Doris; and his children, Michael, John (Julie) and Carissa (Stephen). He is also survived by friends and family.
