He was predeceased by : his mother Bonnie Curtis of Fort Smith; and his grandparents, Eual, Gladys Curtis of Jacksonville, Jay and Blanche Oglesby of Cabot.
He is survived by : his father William "Dwight" Curtis of Hua Hin; his sister Shelly Curtis Daud; and his brother-in-law Dzaidi Daud of Fort Smith. He is also survived by several loving Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.
