She is survived by: her parents, Truong Nhu Ngan and Pham Thi Lang; her husband Huy X Pham; her children, Nam-Xuan Bell, Nam-Huyen Ang, Dawn Koser (Bob Koser), Nam Yen Keck, Thi Pham, Nguyen-Quan "Nee" (Robert Karas), Quang Xuan Pham (Trang Kim Nguyen), Minh Xuan Pham (Kim Ngoc Pham) and Binh-Xuan Bell; and her siblings, Ngoc-Giao Thi Truong (Xuan Vo) and Dzinh Nhu Truong.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ocker Putman Funeral Home (4500 Jenny Lind Rd, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A burial was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stuckey Cemetery.
