He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foliart and Oleta Kirkendoll (Joyce Foliart); and his brother James Foliart. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Foliart, Sherri Benafield, Shannon Foliart, Bobby Foliart and Randy Foliart; his brothers, David Foliart, Ray Foliart and Albert Levingston; his grandchildren, Kenneth, Korey, Ashliegh, Caleb, Andrew, Carter and Caitlyn; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Hailey, Olivia, Hunter and Harlan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
