He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Leslie and Grace Barbee; and his siblings, Inez Barbee, Mary Barbee, Josephine Gibson and Joseph Barbee.

He is survived by : his children, Shelli Tyer of Colcord, Karen Allison (Alex) of Centerton and Ronnie Barbee (Kym) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
