He was predeceased by : his parents, W. Charner Lowe and Jessie Lowe; his brother E. Harold Lowe; and his niece Lee Anne Lowe Goines. He is survived by : his wife Linda Skaggs Lowe; his daughters, Rev. Becky Williams (Stanley) of Forney, Gayla Dahl (Dale) of Southside and Drs; his grandchildren, Revs and Rachel Furge of Kalamazoo, Michigan; his great grandchildren, Braylen of Deer Park, Emory of Deer Park, Landon Williams of Deer Park, Paisley and Nolan Dahl of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his brothers, Wayne Lowe (Sharon) of Greenwood, Arkansas and Carroll Lowe (Tresa) of Greenwood, Arkansas; and his sister-in-law June Lowe of Huntington, Arkansas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
