She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold John Siler and Lottie Leta Siler (Howard). She is survived by: her children, Melissa Peregrin of Carmel, Indiana, Scott Millsap (Stephanie) of Roseville, California, Craig Millsap (Hannah) of Gentry, Arkansas and Michael Millsap (Kristi) of Gentry, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Rebekkah, Colleen, Isabelle, David, Aaron, Jaxon, Katie, Shaun, April, Sandy Joy and Sammy; her great grandchildren, Rose and Alizeti; and her siblings, Phillis Hancock of Rogers, Arkansas, Johnny Siler (Shirley) of Bentonville, Arkansas, Lavon Siler of Bentonville and Ed Siler of Rogers.
