He is survived by : his daughter Sandra; his son-in-law Mark Barkman; his son Bruce Smith of Amity; his grandchildren, Emily Ward (Logan) of Cleveland, Valerie Barkman of Amity and Anthony Barkman of Amity; his great grandchildren, Layne Ward and Rhett Ward; and his siblings, Kenneth Wayne Smith of Glenwood and Betty Epperson of Daisy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
