Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joe Carlton Moreland of Glenwood, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 76, on May 11, 2023. He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert L. Moreland and Clara Frances "Sammye" Young Moreland. He is survived by : his wife Ellen Moreland; his children, Austin Moreland, Dylan Runyan and Hayden Runyan; his grandchildren, Avrianna Runyan and Kevin Runyan; and his brothers, Herbert L. Moreland, Jr. (Wanda) of El Dorado and Walter C. "Speedy" Moreland (Dayna) of El Dorado. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Joe to the Glenwood First Church of the Nazarene Youth Ministry Fund.
