He was predeceased by : his parents, William Arthur Wammack and Carrie Edith Culbertson Wammack; and his son William Randal Wammack. He is survived by : his wife Betty; his daughters, Karen Barkley (Randy) of Hawkins and Susan Jones of Bella Vista, Arkansas; and his stepsons, Brent Sullins of Gravette, Jerry Sullins of Gravette and Trise Sullins (Tresa) of Rogers, Arkansas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
