Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home (609 W Main St, Green Forest, AR 72638). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
