She was predeceased by: her parents, H. A. "Snooks" Morgan and Ruby Della Morgan of Guy, Arkansas.. She is survived by: her husband J. C. Merritt; her children, Janelle Carolyn Merritt of Greenbrier, AR., Rodney Melton Merritt (Susan) of Bradenton, FL. and A. Keith Merritt (Sherry) of Little Rock, AR.; and her siblings, Bobby S. Morgan (Karen) and Joyce Jones (Roy) of Guy, AR.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
