She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Elder and Alma Lucelle Stanfill (Phillips); her husband William Dobbs, Jr.; her children, Janis Dobbs, Rhonda Bise, Wilma Heavner and Jerry Dobbs; and her sister Joyce White.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Bailey (John) of Spiro and Annette Jester (Donald) of Bonanza. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McConnell Funeral Home Chapel (137 N Main St, Greenwood, AR 72936). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
