He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Dub" Shibley and Audrey Shibley (Ashworth); and his brother Billy Shibley. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Shibley; his children, Coltney Shibley (Allyce) of Greenwood, Brittney Shibley of Greenwood, Amber Carter (Cody Keller) of Fort Smith and Krystal McGuire (Mark) of Poteau, OK; his siblings, Dwayne Shibley (Sueann), Bucky Shibley, Jim Shibley (Debbie), James Gray (Shaunda), Frank Noland (Angie), Walter Shibley (Juanita), Mary Peugh (Bud), Jody Benoit (Billy) and Brenda Frederiksen (Jerry); his sister-in-law Kim Shibley; and his grandchildren, Sylvia Shibley, Camden Carter, Corbyn Carter, Heidi McGuire, Halle McGuire, Cameron Keller and Ezra Keller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
