He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Bryan and Selma Amanda Sapp (Letzring); his daughter Beverly; his former wife Patricia Sapp; and his siblings, Stanton Sapp and Karla Sapp.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Carol Sapp (Neal); his children, Harold Sapp (Tammy) of North Zulch, Dewayne Sapp (Sylvia) of Minnesota and Jennifer Sapp of Angleton, Texas; his stepchildren, Felicia Wheatley of Fort Wayne, Indianna, Garry Wheatley of Guion and John Garrell Wyrick of Mountain Home; and his sister Emalou McLaughlin of Richmond, Virginia. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, and numerous family and friends.
