He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Upton and Pearl Stevens Upton; and his sister Ima Jean Jones. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Upton of Batesville; his daughter Sheila; his son-in-law Bob Stobaugh of Little Rock; his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Latoyah of Guion; his siblings, Bobby Upton of Texarkana and Mary Temple of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Shelby Todd Upton (Amber), Heather Upton and Michael Nettles (Linsey); and his great grandchildren, Kristin Jarvis, Makayla Herring, Shelby Herring, Cheyanne Herring, McKenna Owens, Skyler Upton, Asa Upton, Addision Upton and Connor Nettles. He is also survived by three great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and many good friends.
The family request no flowers but memorials may be made to Woodlawn Heights Memorial Fund, 2800 Neeley.
