It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Morris of Harrisburg, Arkansas, who passed away on November 7, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. and Allie Peters (Jones); her husband Robert Ray Morris; her son James Morris; and her siblings, James, Albert, Lawerence, Don Peters, Ann Cook and Veannie Layton.
She is survived by: her children, Dewey Taylor of Harrisburg, Paul Huey Taylor Jr. of Little Rock, Margaret Morris of Trumann and Breanna West of Lincoln.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jackson's Harrisburg Funeral Home (103 W Jackson St, Harrisburg, AR 72432). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
