She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Forte, Sr.; and her brother Lelburn "Buddy" Jackson. She is survived by: her children, Victor Forte, Jr. (Mildred) of Atoka, Tennessee, Karen Davidson (Mike) of Helena and Kathryn "Kacky" Leslie (Mark); her grandchildren, Roland Davidson, Elizabeth Farris, Eric Leslie, Jason Forte, Jonathan Forte and Laura Burch; and her great grandchildren, Gianna, Ava, Mia, Leo, Carina, Elisa, Emma, Graham, Christopher, Sophia and Ryker.
