Ramsey (Helena, Arkansas), born in Sidney, Nebraska, who passed away on March 6, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his son Christopher Ramsey (Andrea) of Jonesboro; and his sister Patricia Elkins of Springdale. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
