He is survived by : his wife Noukham Phannalith Sithihao; his children, Phiangphaned Pamela Sithihao (Mark G. Mayes), Vanhnaled Jill Pimsaen (Veerapol), Vanhnaly Janet Salinas (Tom), Santisouk Sithihao, Khongsanouk Nick Sithihao (Linh) and Phoutsawath Mary Sithihao; and his siblings, Bounlom Ratthasombath and Nang Mork Ratthasombath. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
