She was predeceased by: her husband Virgil; and her siblings, Terry Canaday, Nancy Walkup, Denis Eyerly and David Eyerly.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Qualls (Patricia) of Hindsville, Brian Qualls (Cindy) of Springdale and Charla Johnson (Stacy) of Huntsville, Arkansas; her sister Doreen Hogue of Raynesford, Montana; her grandchildren, Keinnan Qualls (April), Cameron Qualls (Amanda), Cayde Qualls (Vidi), Checotah Clark (Brooke) and Rayton; her great grandchildren, Creid Qualls, Tray Qualls, Kambryia Qualls, Easton Qualls, Braylen Qualls, Lexi Qualls, Maverick Qualls, Michah Qualls, Liam Qualls, Amelia Clark, Adley Clark, Kolbee Johnson and Kate Holm; and her friend Larry Napier.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM at the Moore's Chapel Funeral Home (206 W Center St, Fayetteville, AR 72701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Living Faith Church (1351 Morningside Dr, Fayetteville, AR 72701). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Burkshed Cemetery (23085 Fate Anderson Rd, Hindsville, AR 72738).
