He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ella Scantlin and James Henry Scantlin; his nephew Gary Scantlin; his wife Jana Scantlin; his daughters, Stephanie Miles of Pueblo, CO and Tonya Truitt of Springdale, AR; his siblings, Marcy Lumpkins of Benton, AR, Nancy Scantlin Osborn of Rogers, AR, Vivian Dobbs of Maumelle, AR, Carol Sullivan of Bella Vista, AR, Linda Scantlin of Joplin, MO, Ed Scantlin of Bella Vista, AR and John Scantlin of Lawton, OK; his grandchildren, Chris White of Hiwasse, Jeremy White of Bella Vista, Kimberlea Bumgardner of Gravette and Mechia Carroll of Gravette; and his friend Larry Gardner of Hiwasse, AR.. He was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
