She is survived by: her children, Julie Hays (Josh) of Nashville, Kristie Coon (Fred) of Emporia, Kansas and Jonathan Shapley (Nichole) of Poca; and her sisters, Peggy Worthey of DeQueen and Mary Barnhart (Hugh) of Longview, Texas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
